Awana Clubs Starting

Beginning on Wednesday night, August 20th, Bible Center will again open its doors each week to children ages 3 through the 6th grade for Awana Youth Clubs. All clubs will start at 6:00 p.m. and parents can pick up their children at 7:45.

Awana Clubs are fun-filled times of activity and learning. We begin with a club geared to the abilities of 3 and 4 year olds called "Cubbies."

The next level is a club designed for children who are in Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grades. It is the "Sparks" club.

Children then progress to the challenge of being in the "Truth and Training" club. Boys and girls in the 3rd through the 6th Grade learn key Bible verses, participate in team competitions, and are encouraged to think deeply about the Lord Jesus Christ. It is four years of excellent spiritual training in the truth.

These clubs are for any child regardless of denomination. They follow the St Charles parish school schedule. If school is out, we do not have club. When school is in session, Awana meets.
